We’re almost halfway through 2022. This year has been A LOT for me and I know some people sitting on this table too. Regardless of the downs, I continuously remind myself of the ups and all the amazing things on the way. We have six months to go and so much can still happen in those months. I’ve shared a couple of life updates this year and you can catch up with them here:
When I’m demotivated, tired or just need some extra pep in my step, I turn to affirmations or quotes. They have this underrated power of changing your mood and pushing you to keep going.
