Adulting is hard, very hard and so is finding a work-life balance. We spend so much time at work or working that we often forget that "work" is just a part of our lives.

Are you a procrastinator? Procrastination is the avoidance of doing a task that needs to be accomplished. It is a habitual or intentional delay of starting or finishing a task despite its negative consequences. In essence, you know there is something important you have to do now, but you will rather push it for later.
