Being someone else is boring, tasking, tiring and mind consuming. I have been there and done that and I know now it is no place I ever want to be again.

The concept of taking care of yourself is in our faces daily, from the books we read to the ads on the radio, to what we see on TV, and quotes on social media but do we really remember to take care of ourselves?
