When was the last time you stopped to notice
the smell in the air
the presence of silence
the size of a raindrop
the sound of your breathing
the unsaid

When was the last time you really listened
to your heart
to your spirit
to your being
to your voice
to your self

When was the last time you noticed every thing and not just the things you chose to?
