because every emotion is valid
Ask for help when you need it
When you need assistance, seek it
Guess what?
Vulnerability can be sexy

Really moving and important poem. There is such a stigma around men feeling as if they have to hide their feelings and can’t cry or show any kind of emotion which is so wrong!
