Praising yourself is as important today as it was yesterday. There are many things you’ve accomplished and many struggles you’ve endured, yet you’re here reading this and surviving. That’s enough to be proud of.

If everyone knew your story and all the things you’ve been through, they’d wonder how you’re still keeping your head together. You’re doing a good job, and I’m here today to tell you that I’m proud of you. Just in case no one has told you lately.
