Drip drip
I feel water on my skin
my hand goes in the air
is that rain?

Drip drip
I see water on the floor
I look at the sky
I think it’s going to rain

Drip drip
drip drip drip drip drip drip
It’s time to go inside
It’s definitely going to rain

Last week, I went out for an evening walk and the rain cut my walk short. I had to run home because I thought it wasn’t going to rain until it started pouring. I wrote the poem above when I got back.
