I Want To Know You

As much as my blog has grown over the years and my stats and engagement have increased this year, I still don’t feel like I have connected enough with you. Yes you, my readers and followers.

So I will like to use this opportunity to thank you for thinking Mariam’s World is a great blog and for reading my posts and sharing your thoughts. It really means a lot to me when I hear from you or when I see the WordPress notifiers on my phone.

Five years ago, I never thought I will be a writer because I didn’t even own a journal. I was desperately looking for a talent for so long and I thought I couldn’t do something amazing then this happened. I’ve been blogging for two years and five months now and I have never thought of quitting. I’ve had days I was uninspired and days I slacked but writing is my therapy and I love it A LOT.

I’m still surprised by the posts I write and how fast and easy it is for me to publish a post. Sometimes, I forget not everyone can do this and that I’m gifted to be a consistent blogger without a niche for over two years. That in itself is an achievement and even though I am still not where I wish to be, I will acknowledge that and bask in it.

This post is not supposed to be about me but I’ve done what I do best, share my thoughts lol. If you are reading this, I will like to know you better. I want to be able to connect with you on a deeper level; be a friend, solve your problems, provide answers to your questions, etc. The only way I can write posts you want to read is to hear from you so if it’s no bother, I will very much like you to answer the questions below.
