I guess I never should have let you go
I never should have said those words
I never should have made you feel like I stopped caring

I guess I should have told you the truth
I should have said exactly what I was thinking
I should have let you see through my vulnerability, fear, and tears

I wish I never let you go
I wish I fought a lot harder
And overcame our indecisiveness
