POEM| The Mystery Behind Our Love For Flowers

POEM| The Mystery Behind Our Love For Flowers

Isn’t it weird
how much love flowers get
Though they bloom beautifully
after a couple of days
they die eventually
and we have to throw them out

Isn’t it weird
that something we once cherished
ends up in the trash with garbage
and we move on to something else
until we receive another bouquet
and repeat the cycle again

Isn’t it weird
that the prettiest flower ever
gets to die one day
and all its beauty will fade away
into nothingness
and we can’t do a thing about it

It’s weird right?

  1. This explicitly reminds us not to cherish luxury because everything comes and goes.

  2. I love this post, was thinking the same the other day when looking at some cut flowers, they are beautiful though 😉

    1. Thank you.
Yes, they are indeed beautiful and worth the time and money we spend on them.
