Hello, happy hump day! Are you always short of time in the morning but still want to get a workout in? I have a solution for you below.
I’m sure you’ve heard the saying that half a loaf is better than none. Well, in this case, 15 minutes (or less) of exercise is better than 0. Sometimes, all we need is a good morning workout to kickstart the day in the right way.
Advantages of exercising in the morning include;
- It elevates your mood and sets a precedent for the rest of the day
- It fires up your energy levels for the day
- Your focus is high, you don’t get lazy in between
- It helps you burn more calories during the day
- And of course, it tones up your body and reduces your body fat
“Good things come to those who sweat.”
You can do this routine in your room right before you jump in the shower. No equipment needed. So try this and let me know how you did with time (it should be under 15 minutes).

45 Jumping Jacks
30 Basic Squats
60 seconds Kickbacks
*30 seconds rest*
SECOND SET
60 seconds Jump Rope
30 Pulse Squats
60 seconds High Knees
*30 seconds rest*
THIRD SET
45 Jumping Jacks
30 Sumo Squats
60 seconds Lunges
*30 seconds rest*
FOURTH SET
60 seconds Jump Rope
30 Jump Squats
60 seconds Plank
*yay, you did it*

If morning workouts aren’t for you, you can also try it later in the day.
