Growth is asking for help when you need it instead of struggling with difficulty for hours on end. Growth is truly listening to understand and contribute not just to reply or to pretend to be there.
I’m grateful to be alive today, in good health physically and mentally. I'm grateful that I'm living comfortably and not squatting. I’m grateful that I can articulate my thoughts into words.
Life hits us often with one thing or another and it makes us wonder if it's truly worth living. I'm here today to assure you that it is.
There may be a lot of things that I’m not but let’s talk about the things that I am;

1. You’re never alone. People tend to lighten the load. It’s okay to share or ask for help. 2. You can’t be strong all the time. So cry whenever you need to. It helps.
Give thanks for your senses: your eyes that see, your ears that hear, your mouth that tastes, your nose that smells, and your skin that lets you feel.
We want so many things.
Every day we wake up, there's an addition to the list of the things we want and desire. Our wants always surpass our needs and we can't help it because that's just the way we are wired.
