Hey everyone, hope you are having a good Saturday. I had an event to go to two weeks ago and I was lost on what to wear but you know what they say, when in doubt, go with black.

Yes, every girl should own a little black dress in her wardrobe but this is not just any black dress. The embroidered flower detail on the sides and the bottom make it more.

This dress was a gift from my sister in law and it sits on my body perfectly. I’m sure by now you all know I like fitted dresses. My dedication to Shaun T T25 is still paying off.

I styled my hair in a bun to show my face and direct all attention to my outfit. This was my first time wearing my hair out this way and I wondered why I had never done this before now.

I completed the look with black strappy sandals and a black purse. I didn’t feel it was necessary to add any other colour to this look.

All black everything doesn’t have to look boring, it can look amazing like this.
