Places in Lagos|Circa

Hi guys, welcome to another edition of Places in Lagos. I visited Circa Lagos, one of the relatively new buzzing restaurants in Lekki last month with my friend, Damola and I’m telling you all about it today.

On arrival, it was pretty obvious the restaurant has a cozy vibe to it; almost coded. We visited on a Saturday afternoon and besides us, there was only one other customer. I could immediately imagine grabbing lunch here if I worked in the environs for a little serenity. The space is modern and has a feel good vibe to it.

DRINKS – I ordered a smoothie off the menu; a blend of apple and pineapple and water while Damola ordered only water.

FOOD – We went straight to the mains. I chose the Circa Chicken Salad and Damola chose the Circa Beef Burger. The salad was definitely true to its name, very fresh and satisfying. I asked for my special dressing (olive oil, salt and black pepper) and the manager made sure to get it for me. Damola also thoroughly enjoyed her burger and was stuffed.

The restaurant also has a cool spot outside which I didn’t photograph but you can almost see it from the last photo. It seemed like it will be beautiful at night for drinks with friends or pre-game.

Overall, the pricing is fair, the food was satisfying, the service was great and we had a fulfilled afternoon. In Damola’s words, “Circa has a good ambience. The customer relationship service was awesome and the burger was so filling.”

If you live in Lekki and you’re looking for a chilled place to hang without going too far, then Circa is for you.

Thanks for reading.
