Hi, I hope you’ve had a great week so far and if you haven’t, hang in there, it’s almost Friday. Last week, I wore this green and brown outfit to work. It’s a combination of old pieces in my closet.

I’ll start with the blouse, I’ve had it for about nine years. It was actually my sister’s before she passed it along to me. I doubt she remembers owning it. When I had to wear a suit to work, it was one of my inner wears. Anyway, fast forward to present, I wore it sometime recently with jeans and now with these pants.

I bought the pants in 2017 due to a desire to have more tailored pants in my closet. If you are a frequent reader of the blog, you will remember I wore it here. I love the colour and also how straight it is all the way to the end. I hadn’t worn them in a long time and as soon as I placed the blouse beside them, I couldn’t wait to wear the two pieces together.

I’ve also had these brown kitten heeled pumps for a long time. I promise I’m not a hoarder, some things just stay with me for a long time. I bought it from a colleague in 2014. I have only ever worn it a handful number of times. This is the first time I am wearing them in three years.

My purse is the only newbie here. I bought it last year on my visit to Winnipeg, Canada. Isn’t it just perfect with the whole outfit. It’s small though and not very work efficient as all the other things that usually go in my bag were in my laptop bag.
