I love writing poems about love. In this post, I shared five short poems about love.

1. I’LL BE WAITING
When day turns to night
And the stars light up the sky
I’d be waiting for you to come by
Behind the yellow light

2. WE WERE MEANT TO BE
Before I met you
I had seen you in my dreams
creepy or not
I know we were meant to be

3. IN LOVE
I’ve never seen a sky this blue
or a heart this true
I’ve never been in love this soon
and I adore its tune 

4. WE GO TOGETHER
We go together like
gin and tonic
cheese and crackers
movies and popcorn
Sundays and brunch 
And a jacket on a cold night 

5. I’M YOURS
Just incase 
you didn’t already know
I’m yours today, tomorrow and forevermore
