—
I think I’m unrelenting
but things are changing
the clock is ticking
time is speeding
the world is challenging
many things are happening
and it’s all-consuming
I know I’m following
I’m sure I’m managing
I really hope I’m growing
though I sound unconvincing
sometimes I feel like I’m failing
maybe because it’s overwhelming
and not always exciting
but I will keep trying
to cope with the ever-changing world
