I could be her
but I am me

I could be similar
but I choose to be different

I could be forgotten
but I choose to be relevant

I could be dull
but I choose to be colourful

I could be ordinary
but I choose to be special

I could be pessimistic
but I choose to be an optimist

I could be your past
but I want to be your forever
