I am fit.
I am strong.
My body is tough.
I can handle anything.
I’m a fighter.
I’m a conqueror.
I’m a finisher.
I can do anything.
I workout to feel lighter.
I workout to get healthier.
I workout to radiate positive energy.
I workout to take care of my body.
I will not let laziness win today.
I will not let excuses have their way.
I will not let fear take over.
I will show who’s the boss today.
Exercising is hard, but it’s worth it.
The pain is bitter, but the results are sweeter.
I will be grateful I worked out today.
