In August, I had the worst PMS ever! It came with everything; fever, migraine, backache, tommy ache on a 💯 and bloating. The uneasiness and pain just wouldn’t go. Every remedy I tried just wasn’t cutting it. I kept waiting for it to just stop but it wouldn’t. That was when I decided to research alternative remedies and discovered that parsley, ginger and turmeric help with PMS. I got some and decided to try it.
You will need to buy fresh ginger, turmeric and parsley to do this because you need the herbs fresh to get the actual results.
I chopped a few of the herbs and put everything in a pot with water. I left them to boil for about 10 minutes and let it simmer for another 5 minutes. I wasn’t prepared for the orange fingers turmeric gave me 😂. So you can just wear gloves to peel and cut your turmeric.
After I had my first cup, I felt the bloating reduce gradually. I had another cup while going to bed.
When I woke up the next day, I felt great! I didn’t look and feel pregnant anymore and the backache and migraine were gone. I took another cup during the day just to make sure things stayed the same.
I went to bed certainly lighter and worry free. I woke up during the night to pee and I had a surprise waiting for me.
