The snakeskin print trend took over the fashion industry early this year and I still haven’t gotten enough of it. I have bought a couple of snakeskin print pieces during this time and my top is one of them.

You already know I like pieces that can be worn to work and on the weekend too and my snakeskin print bodysuit falls into this category. The weather in Lagos has been cool lately with minimal sun and more rains so a turtle neck bodysuit wasn’t a bad idea for the week.

This was the first time I wore my snakeskin print bodysuit to work and I paired it with a black flare skirt. I’ve owned it for some time and in that time, I have paired it with jeans and pants but never with a skirt. I chose black because it seemed more appropriate to tone the print down for work.  I love how flare skirts are flirty even though they are not fitted and sway with your every move.

I paired my outfit with my black and nude court shoes and a black purse and completed the look with red lips. I had a meeting during lunch at Lagos Continental Hotel and I managed to have some photos taken even though there were some photo bombers in the shot.
