Have you been to Stories Lagos? Last week, I finally stopped by Stories for lunch with my friend. It was a bright and sunny day, and the restaurant was busy for a weekday afternoon.
Cafeteria is one of the relatively new spots in Lagos and it had been on my places to visit list before the coronavirus pandemic. Their Instagram page is so vibrant and inviting and I looked forward to trying out their food some time.
I love pretty spaces that ignite my creative juices and make me feel comfortable as soon as I walk in and Pit Stop Lagos was exactly that for me. Pit Stop Lagos is a sports and fitness inspired cafe in Victoria Island, Lagos. I stopped by the cafe last month for lunch and here's what I think of the place.
The Backyard Bar & Grill has been around for quite some time and it became popular quickly because of the wooden chair swing in this photo of me, and their art wall that serves as a photo backdrop for guests.

Nok by Alara is a modern African restaurant in Victoria Island that serves traditional dishes from different African countries. You can call it a West African fine dining restaurant. It opened in 2015 but has been revamped since then. The building houses a bar, restaurant and store.
Atmosphere Rooftop is a contemporary restaurant and bar located at Lennox Mall on Admiralty Way, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. It is relatively new and is now considered one of the top hangout spots in Lekki giving The Harvest a run for its money.
Arabesque is a middle eastern restaurant located in Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria. I’ve been to Arabesque several times with friends and family and it’s one of my favourite places to eat. If you are looking for a place that serves clean fresh food that won’t make you feel bloated after eating, then this is the place for you.
Danfo Bistro & Dives is one of the new most talked about restaurants in Lagos and I got to experience the space in January with my family. It is situated on Alexander road right in the heart of Ikoyi which is not far from the Lekki-Ikoyi link bridge. As you walk in, the decor of the restaurant is really true to the Lagos vibes it represents and you forget you are in a container.
